You know you’re getting old when your friends start their own businesses. Spencer, Annie and Aaron opened Matchstick Coffee Roasters at Fraser and Kingsway in Vancouver earlier this year. In the words of my buddy Michael, they have been doing a roaring trade since they first opened.
We got to see the space before the major renovations started in the fall and since then, all we can do here in Scotland is drool over the pictures and dream of how good the place smells. We also complain about the lack of good coffee in St Andrews.
